The hotel has nice appearance and is located in a convenient place close to downtown. Staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable although working at the desk was not too good.

Staff inconpetent, we asked for a bottle of watter and they said they couldt bring it, we offered to pick it up.. no time to give it us in the front desk
